ok im trying to skin and i downloaded the stuff needed but i cant open up the hmt. all thats there is a file named bitmlib.dll and i dont know how to use it. please help!!

dood the only thing i can think of is that for sure u need .net framework from microsoft if u dont know how to obtain it go to www.microsoft.com and search ur bass off  |
